Office Clerk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Review and enter all company credit card receipts accurately.
- Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other related shipping documents as needed.
- Track and maintain records of company vehicle information.
- Ensure office and breakroom supplies are consistently stocked.
- Review and enter service crew payables in a timely manner.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Assistant Superintendent
Job Description:
- Assists the General Superintendent or Superintendent with various project related tasks.
- Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and crew on behalf of supervisors.
- Identify safety hazards, complete daily safety paperwork, and inspect equipment.
- Opportunity to advance to the superintendent position after completing adequate training with General Superintendents and Superintendents.
Requirements:
- Must have basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Have a degree or certificate in a program relating to construction management.

Millwright Field Service Technician
We are hiring a Millwright Field Service Technician to work with our local service crew to provide service and maintenance to local co-ops, ethanol plants, and farmers.
Job Description:
- Service and repair material handling equipment including gear drives, bucket elevators, chain conveyors, and other grain processing equipment.
- Diagnose and correct/repair problems by observing and researching to obtain information.
- Opportunity for advancement to a position as a crane operator, foreman, or superintendent.
Requirements:
- Possess good communication skills to provide information to customers and co-workers.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs., climb and comfortably work at heights, and work in various outdoor elements.
- Job obligations and seasonal work may require overtime, and occasional projects may necessitate overnight stays with per diem compensation.
- Experience in mechanical repair is beneficial.
- Must be able to stick weld, safely use power-tools, and fill out appropriate documentation.
- A valid driver’s license and a class A CDL, or the capability of obtaining a CDL, is required.
Shop Welder / Fabricator
Job Description:
Our in-house fabrication team is a key piece in customizing projects to our customer's needs. We specialize in catwalks, towers, spouting, gates, valves, pit hoppers, pit grates, baffles, stairs, platforms and many other steel projects. We also provide custom steel fabrication pieces to contractors.
This is a full-time position with wage based on experience. Hours will vary based on the shop load.
